SFS 6000 Low-voltage electrical installations and the most recent revisions

Regulations and provisions pertaining to electrical installations are being renewed at a very fast rate. Every electrician, electrical designer and foreman must be aware of the currently valid legal provisions and regulations.

Training content

In addition, a company needs to hold all electrical sector standards ratified by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency that are related to the electrical installations designed and implemented by the company in question.

SSEP Finland provides professionals in the electrical sector with comprehensive training into the revised legal provisions and standards for the electricity sector. Course trainer is certified inspector Juha Alhainen, who has been widely involved in making the revisions for the electrical standards and has provided expert statements on the newly ratified amendments.

BENEFITS OF TRAINING COURSE

This course provides information about the new obligations pertaining to low-voltage electrical installations. The course also examines old provisions still in force that have been established as having numerous deficiencies concerning the inspections of electrical installations. In addition, the course examines potential problematic issues and questions of unclear interpretation.

WHO TRAINING IS SUITABLE FOR

This course is suitable for all who design and implement low-voltage electrical installations (<1,000 V) and the organisations and clients commissioning these installations. Every electrician and electrical designer must be competent in the currently valid regulations for electrical installations.
