SFS 6002 Safety at electrical work and the most recently ratified revisions

Safety at electrical work according to standard SFS 6002 is mandatory training for all persons in Finland conducting electrical work. Training must be updated at least every five years.

Training content

SSEP Finland also trains electrical sector professionals comprehensively in the safety of electrical work. Course trainer is certified inspector Juha Alhainen, who is also intensively involved in numerous electrical safety forums.

BENEFITS OF TRAINING COURSE

General training into electrical safety includes e.g. risks caused by electricity, electrical accidents, and the most important legal provisions concerning electrical safety. The course provides the basics for functioning and conducting electrical installations safely. In addition, by completing this course, the company is also meeting its requirements stipulated by the Electrical Safety Act for general training in electrical safety.
